As founder of In House Inventories, my entire working life has been involved in the property business at all levels including agency, management, developing and refurbishment. It's fair to say property is my passion!

In House Inventories Ltd has been established since 2001, dealing with an extensive range of established Letting agents and private landlords with private property portfolios; many of whom,  have retained our services for more than 18 years. Clients include, Chestertons, Hamptons, Knight Frank, Douglas & Gordon, across London.

Our wealth of experience in the property market in both inventory work and agency and having been both Landlords and Relocation Agent, means we are conversant with the needs and requirements of Landlords and Tenants alike, as well as the demands of Letting and managing agents. By retaining a hands-on approach, we are able to ‘tailor’ our services wherever possible, to the individual needs of each client.

All our clerks are full conversant with legislation and legal requirements for all new tenancy check in and check out inspections, including meter readings, smoke and other related alarms and industry standards.

Executive Member of the  Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC), with insurance public and professional liability up to £1,000,000 (Details can be supplied on request)
